Will Hou

Will Hou is currently the Head of International InfoSec Operations and a Staff Security Engineer at DiDi since August 2020. Prior experience includes serving as a Principal Security Engineer at Infor from January 2018 to August 2020 and a Windows Security Engineer at Autodesk between November 2016 and January 2018. Will has also held various roles, such as Sys/Op Engineer (Cloud) at Recommind, Sr. IT Security Engineer at Intersect ENT, and Infrastructure Engineer at Cord Blood Registry, where notable projects included application upgrades and infrastructure design. Additionally, Will worked as a Network Engineer at NCPHS, a Consultant at Sequoia Capital, and a Network Lead at the Institute on Aging, focusing on network architecture and configuration. Will holds a BA in Business Management from Beijing Normal University (1996-1998).
