Eduardo Ildefonso

Eduardo Ildefonso is a dedicated mental health professional with extensive experience in crisis intervention and counseling for LGBTQ+ individuals. Currently serving as a Chat & Text Crisis Counselor at Didi Hirsch Mental Health Services, Eduardo provides vital support through suicide prevention and counseling. Previously, Eduardo worked as an Advanced Student Therapist Intern at Cabezas Therapy, focusing on individual and couples therapy, and as a Crisis Counselor for The Trevor Project, delivering nationwide support. With additional roles including Community Liaison at Peer Health Exchange and Patient Service Representative at CITYMD, Eduardo has a strong background in health education and client advocacy. Eduardo holds a Bachelor’s degree in Broadcast Journalism from Baldwin Wallace University and is pursuing a Master of Arts in Mental Health Counseling from Northwestern University.
