Katrina Marie Baker

Katrina Marie Baker is a seasoned professional in learning and development, currently serving as Senior Compliance Training Manager at Adobe since May 2018. With a diverse career trajectory, Katrina has held various roles at Adobe, including Manager of Digital Learning and Talent Development Partner. Additionally, Katrina contributes as an Advisory Council Member for Didi Hirsch Mental Health Services and volunteers as a counselor for the Suicide and Crisis Lifeline. Previous experience includes positions at Harvard Business Publishing Corporate Learning, Cooley LLP, Latham & Watkins, and Whole Foods Market. Katrina has also co-owned DoloSprite Productions and has significantly contributed to the Association for Talent Development, Los Angeles Chapter.
