Rachel Gloer

VP, Whole Person Care at Didi Hirsch Mental Health Services

In her role, Rachel manages over 300 employees in the Child/Family, Adult, Substance Use, and Residential Divisions in providing holistic, human-centered care to improve the health and wellbeing of the clients.

Rachel joined Didi Hirsch in 2012 as an Assistant Program Director. She was promoted to Program Director in 2016 where she ran the Child & Family Program at the Inglewood Site. In 2017, she was again promoted to Division Director where she managed the Child/Family Division.

Rachel received her Master of Social Work degree in 2000 and has had a diverse career ranging from policy development at the state government level in Texas, to developing and implementing palliative care programs at county hospitals. At Didi Hirsch, she has been instrumental in leading many progressive and ambitious initiatives including a trauma-informed training series to educate staff on the impact of trauma in their work and lives. Rachel’s passion continues to focus on creating collaborative partnerships with diverse disciplines in order to meet the spectrum of needs presented by clients.
