Sina Autzen

Sina Autzen currently serves as Personalreferentin Recruiting und Personalbetreuung at Die Autobahn GmbH des Bundes since April 2020, with a prior role as Recruiterin. From June 2014 to March 2020, Sina worked as Personalberaterin at Argo Defense, where responsibilities included establishing the Defense business unit, recruiting candidates, and advising employees on HR-related matters. Additional experience involved client acquisition, contract negotiations, and organizing personnel marketing activities, as well as participation in nationwide trade fairs and managing HR projects. Sina holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Wirtschaftswissenschaften from Carl von Ossietzky University of Oldenburg, obtained between 2010 and 2013.
