Andreas Gruetter

Andreas Gruetter is an accomplished technology leader and board member with extensive experience in information technology and management. Currently serving as a board member for Buildigo and bexio AG since July 2024, and as a board member for spoud.io and BATbern since 2018, Gruetter has held various senior roles at Die Mobiliar since November 2012, including Chief Information Technology Architect and Chief Information Officer ad interim. Previous positions include Head Architects Office at Bank Julius Baer AG and Chief IT Architect at HP. Gruetter began a career in technology as a software engineer and technical project manager at RTC AG and worked as an independent software engineering consultant. Additionally, Gruetter was a professional triathlete for the Swiss Triathlon National Team from 1995 to 2004. Education includes a Dipl. Ing. FH in Information Technology and Telecommunications, an EMBA in Innovation Management, and Executive Leadership training from INSEAD.
