Erica Dubach Spiegler

Erica Dubach Spiegler currently serves as the head of the Transformation and Interoperability department at the Swiss Federal Chancellery since May 2021, leading strategic projects focused on digital transformation. Erica is also a board member for Luzerner Kantonalbank and Die Mobiliar, reflecting a strong presence in governance roles. Previously, Erica founded Dubach Digital Strategy, providing consulting in digital business models and transformation, and has held positions such as General Manager for Republik Magazine and board member roles at various organizations, including Biella and Goldbach Group AG. Educational achievements include a PhD in Computer Science from ETH Zurich, MS in Software Engineering from DePaul University, and a BS in Computer Science from the University of Iowa.
