Ramona Fried

Ramona Fried currently serves as a Projektmanagerin at Die Sparkasse Bremen AG since October 2024. Previously, Ramona worked at NORDSEE GmbH from October 2022 to September 2024 in various Young Graduate Trainee roles, focusing on IT Project Assistance, HR Business Analysis, and Digital Marketing, with responsibilities such as optimizing internal processes, conducting employee surveys, managing social media, and planning product promotions. Ramona's early experience includes roles at the University of Bremen, supporting the International Office and research in digital marketing, as well as internships in product marketing and project management at CEWE Stiftung & Co. KGaA and Bremer Ruderverein von 1882 e.V. Ramona holds a Master of Science in Marketing and Brand Management from the University of Bremen and has completed exchange programs in Marketing and Management at Coventry University and the University of the Free State.
