Kala Northrup

Kala Northrup is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in people analytics and employee engagement. Currently serving as Senior Director of People Insights & Experiences at Diebold Nixdorf since June 2021, Kala leads a team focused on people analytics, HR reporting, and diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging (DEIB) initiatives. Prior roles include Director of Workforce Analytics and People Analytics Strategist at BBVA in the USA, where Kala specialized in employee voice data and communication strategies. Earlier experiences at Amazon, Blue Rock Energy, and various culinary positions demonstrate a diverse skill set in leadership, operations, and data analysis. Kala holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Analytics and Finance from Le Moyne College and an Associate of Science in Small Business Administration/Management from Onondaga Community College, along with a Grand Diploma in Classic French Pastry Arts from the International Culinary Center.
