Martin Ponocný

Martin Ponocný is a seasoned professional in software delivery and development, currently serving as Director Software Delivery and Global Center Lead at Diebold Nixdorf since October 2017, where responsibilities include overseeing a Global Center in Queretaro, Mexico, and focusing on delivery quality and process improvement. Previously, Martin held positions at ZF Group from July 2013 to October 2017, including Head of Onboard Unit Development and Development Engineer for Software Applications, managing teams and leading strategic skill development initiatives. Earlier experience includes teaching programming and database systems at SŠINFIS Plzeň from September 2010 to June 2013. Martin holds a Bachelor’s degree in Informatics from the University of West Bohemia, Pilsen.
