Pratul Goyal

Pratul Goyal is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in leadership roles within the technology and banking sectors. Currently serving as the Global Center Head and Senior Director for Global Professional Services at Diebold Nixdorf since May 2018, Pratul oversees global centers in India, Mexico, and the Czech Republic while managing the Mumbai Center's operations and professional services delivery. Prior to this role, Pratul directed product implementation services at Edifecs and held various significant positions at Infosys and Wipro Limited, showcasing expertise in project management, product development, and service delivery. Pratul holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Software Enterprise Management from the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore and a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics and Communications from Gujarat University.
