Matthias Ruebsam

Matthias Ruebsam has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Matthias currently serves as the Sales Director China at Dieffenbacher, starting in January 2021. Prior to this, they worked at DBK Group from 2014 to 2020, holding various positions including Head of Sales Automotive China, General Manager, and Business Development Manager. Before joining DBK Group, Matthias worked as an Assistent der Geschäftsführung at UNIWHEELS AG from 2012 to 2014. Matthias gained early professional experience as a Praktikant at BMW Group from August 2011 to February 2012.

Matthias Ruebsam received their Bachelor of Science degree in International Business Management East Asia (China) from Ludwigshafen University of Business and Society in 2011. In 2009, they studied Chinese language and literature at Guilin University of Electronic Technology, and in 2006, they briefly studied the same subject at Zhejiang University.
