Andrea Wolfgang

Andrea Wolfgang began their work experience in 1991 at Hertie Deutsche Kaufhaus AG, where they worked in Personalentwicklung until 1997. From 1997 to 2006, they served as the Manager Training&Development at Colt Technology Services. In 2006, Andrea joined Techem AG as Leitung Personal-und Organisationsentwicklung until 2011. Andrea then moved to Techem Energy Services GmbH, where they held the role of Leitung Personal-und Organisationsentwicklung from 2006 to 2012. In 2011, Andrea also started working at Diehl Aviation as Head of Development & HR Projects until 2023, when they became the SVP Organisations-und Personalentwicklung. Finally, in 2023, they joined Diehl Controls as the Vice President Corporate HR.

Andrea Wolfgang attended DH Lörrach from 1988 to 1991, where they obtained a Diplom degree in BWL (Business Administration). Following this, they pursued further education at Baden-Wuerttemberg Cooperative State University (DHBW) and earned a Diplom Betriebswirtin (FH) degree. The field of study for their second diploma is not specified.
