Ian Jenkins

Ian Jenkins is the Chief Financial Officer and Chief Risk Officer of Libra Networks. Prior to joining the Libra project, he was the Head of Business Finance and Group General Manager at HSBC.

A longtime leader in financial services, Mr. Jenkins has served in a variety of C-suite executive positions in finance, risk, and operations at top international banks. He previously served as the Deputy Group Finance Director and CFO for Europe at HSBC, CRO at Abbey National, plc and Santander UK. As well as COO Asia Pacific at Credit Suisse.

Mr. Jenkins’ background across the financial services industry includes experience in risk and finance transformation programs, cost leadership, business partnering, investment prioritization and decisioning, management information, talent development, and global operating model transformation.

Mr. Jenkins graduated from City University London with a Master of Engineering and is a Chartered Accountant.
