Brian Smith has extensive experience in facilities management and ownership in various sectors. Currently serving as the Facilities Maintenance Manager at Dierbergs Markets since August 2010, Brian also runs A Matter of Taste Catering LLC since January 2009 and operates Bubba Butts BBQ, known for its exceptional BBQ, since January 2005. Prior to these roles, Brian was the Facilities Manager at Sheldon Concert Hall from January 1991 to 2009, showcasing a strong background in facility operations and management.
