Katie Mahoney has a diverse work experience in the field of payroll and management. Katie started their career in 2000 as a Payroll Administrator at Huntleigh USA Corp, where they processed payroll for over 1000 employees. Katie then worked at Sara Lee Corporation as a Senior Payroll Associate and later as a Payroll Manager, where they managed payroll for 24,000 employees across 70 facilities.
In 2005, Katie joined Ceridian Corporation as a Client Service Mentor, providing training and support to team members. Katie also worked at Kronos Incorporated, where they held various roles including Manager of Product Support and Manager of Product Management. Katie successfully managed teams and provided technical guidance and leadership.
Katie later worked at Cushman & Wakefield as a Sr. Manager of Payroll Projects and at Dierbergs Markets as a Payroll & Benefits Manager. Katie then returned to MTM, Inc. as Director of Payroll before rejoining Dierbergs Markets as a Payroll Director in 2023.

Dierbergs Markets is a privately owned, family-run business in its 4th generation of leadership. Originating in 1854 with its first location on Olive Street Road, it has grown to 25 stores primarily in the St. Louis region, with two stores in Illinois, and one in the Ozarks. In addition, there are 3 plant facilities; a Central Bakery, Central Kitchen, and Central Floral Design facility which supports the store operations. Dierbergs currently has over 4,000 Associates company-wide who share in our 166-year history and uphold our reputation built on hard work, personal service and a commitment to meeting the growing needs of our area through Community service.
