Chris Nicol is an experienced electrical engineer with a strong background in developing collaborative solutions and educational technology. Currently at SMART Technologies since July 2010, Chris has worked on hardware development for DViT interactive whiteboards and educational devices. Previous experience includes roles as a firmware engineer at SMART Technologies, an electronics contractor for the Science Alberta Foundation focusing on design and repair of educational devices, and an electronics engineer at Grindcom, where Chris contributed to control systems for forestry equipment. Chris Nicol holds a Master's degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Calgary and a Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering from DeVry Institute of Technology.
