Walter McNamara

Walter McNamara is an accomplished financial executive with extensive experience in capital raising, M&A, and business analytics. Currently serving as Chief Financial Officer at Diesel Direct, Inc. since May 2015, Walter McNamara oversees various financial functions within the organization. Prior experience includes a role in Corporate Finance at BNP Paribas, specializing in global M&A advisory in the Materials sector, as well as significant positions at Rothschild, where expertise in debt restructuring and M&A transactions was developed. Walter McNamara's early career included roles in Treasury and Finance at Sithe Energies and various analytical positions at J.P.
