Emanuella Piccoli

Emanuella Piccoli serves as the Chief Human Resources Officer at D'Ieteren since April 2018, bringing extensive experience from various leadership roles within the company. Prior positions include Project, Organisation & Best Practices Director, where Emanuella focused on change management, enhancing time to market, and ensuring IT architecture alignment with business strategy. Emanuella has also contributed as Director Network Development, Organisation and Best Practice Manager, and Facility and Purchase Manager, effectively managing teams and projects throughout a career that began in 1991. Emanuella holds a Licence in Finance from ICHEC and is currently pursuing training in Neuro-Linguistic Programming.
