Chuck Deters

Chuck Deters is a seasoned banking professional with extensive experience in leadership roles. As the retired CEO of Dieterich Bank since January 2014, Chuck guided the organization, which operates 13 branches and holds over $1.2 billion in assets with a workforce of 190 employees. Prior to this role, Chuck served as Vice President of Human Resources at Consolidated Communications from September 2005 to December 2007, contributing to the company for over 20 years across various functions including accounting, marketing, sales, operations, call center, and human resources. Chuck Deters earned a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Eastern Illinois University between 1984 and 1986.
