Shane Addison

Shane Addison has extensive experience in the banking and cybersecurity sectors, currently serving as Chief Operating Officer and Chief Technology Officer at Dieterich Bank since September 2019. Previously, Shane held the position of VP and Information Security Officer at First Mid Bank & Trust from February 2017 to August 2019, and worked as Executive Cybersecurity Advisor at Bancsec, Inc. from May 2016 to January 2017. Shane's career in information systems began as VP at First Mid-Illinois Bank & Trust, where employment lasted from August 2002 to April 2016. Shane's educational background includes a degree in Mathematics and Computer Science from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, as well as studies at the Graduate School of Banking at the University of Wisconsin - Madison from August 2018 to August 2021.
