Robin Holland is currently an Operations Specialist at Dietitians On Demand. Prior to that, they were a Customer Service Team Lead for the Rent Relief program at Virginia Housing. In that role, they reviewed 100+ Rent Relief Applications per month, with attention to detail and within program guidelines/policies. Robin also responded to inquiries from landlords and tenants via email and phone, and led customer service team webinars for Application and Profile Reviewers.
