Matt Harding has a diverse work experience spanning from 2015 to the present. Matt began their professional journey as an Army Officer in the Australian Army from 2015 to 2016. Following that, they worked as a Consultant - BCG at 180 Degrees Consulting for six months in 2017. In 2018, Matt held the role of Origination Analyst at DIF Capital Partners before transitioning to RBC Capital Markets as an Investment Banking Analyst from June 2018 to March 2020. Matt then returned to DIF Capital Partners as an Associate from March 2020 to October 2021, when they were promoted to Associate Director until December 2023. Currently, Matt holds the position of Investment Director at DIF Capital Partners starting from October 2023.
Matt Harding graduated from UNSW in 2017 with a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) degree, with a focus on Business and Finance. Prior to that, they attended The Australian National University from 2014 to 2015, where they pursued a Bachelor of Commerce and International Relations degree with a specialization in International Business, Trade, and Commerce. In addition to their formal education, Matt also obtained a certification in Advanced Financial Modeling Training from Corality Financial Modeling in 2018.
