Nellaiappan Pillai

Nellaiappan (Raja) Pillai is an experienced HR professional with a robust background in human resources management, consulting, and development. Currently serving as an Area Director for Toastmasters International since June 2018, Nellaiappan leads and supports multiple Toastmasters clubs while promoting a culture of improvement. Previous roles include HR Consultant at DIFC Courts and HR Manager at Cargo Line, where distinct contributions were made to enhance organizational effectiveness.
