The Human Resources team at Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC) is responsible for managing and optimizing the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, talent acquisition, talent management, and Emiratisation initiatives. This team ensures the effective onboarding, development, and retention of almost 30,000 professionals working within the Centre.
