Thomas Perkins

Thomas Perkins has a range of work experience, starting with their current role as a Dev Ops Engineer I at Diffblue since November 2022. Prior to this, they worked as a Software Engineer I at Diffblue from June 2021 to November 2022, and as a Junior Developer from September 2019 to June 2021. Thomas also held the position of Junior Repository Analyst at Diffblue from April 2019 to September 2019, where they were part of an agile team testing products and tools against open source GitHub repositories.

In terms of previous roles, Thomas worked as a Software development/testing intern at Infor in August 2018. Prior to this, they served as an Assistant at The Grange Festival from June 2017 to July 2018. Thomas also held the position of Peer Assisted Learning (PAL) Leader at Oxford Brookes University from November 2017 to May 2018, where they helped students with coding assignments.

Before their university experiences, Thomas worked as a Customer Assistant at Co-op in June 2017 and Tesco in June 2016. Thomas also gained office experience as a Data-Archive Assistant at Edward Elgar Publishing from June 2016 to September 2016. In this role, they transferred a company's old CD archive to a cloud-based system and learned skills such as using macOS.

Thomas Perkins obtained a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Oxford Brookes University, where they studied from 2016 to 2019.
