About Different Minds - Why did we start this?

This gap not only sidelines talented professionals but also stifles the fresh cognitive approaches essential for breakthrough ideas and a competitive edge. 

Traditional workplace cultures and industry norms often fail to accommodate or celebrate neurodivergent thinkers, leading to missed opportunities for individuals and brands alike. Additionally, different thinking, especially around AI, has never been more needed if advertising is to remain relevant and grow in the future. At Different Minds, we started with the goal of providing the best products and services to our customers. With over 10 years of experience in the industry, we have established ourselves as a trusted brand that delivers quality every time. 

Different Minds is a groundbreaking initiative to champion neurodiversityinclusion across the advertising and marketing industry through a dynamic three-day event series at the Cannes Lions International Festival of Creativity. 

It will harness Cannes’ unparalleled platform to spotlight neurodiverse talent as a critical driver of innovation, creativity, and strategic advantage in an AI-accelerated world where different minds are the new competitive advantage. 

How? - Three focused events over three days:
*Day 1: Neurodiversity & Technology explores how innovations can build inclusive tools and empower neurodiverse talent
*Day 2: Neurodiversity & Work dives into evolving workplace cultures and hiring practices that fuel both creativity and business success.
*Day 3: Neurodiversity & Creativity celebrates the unique perspectives that neurodiverse minds bring to storytelling and brand innovation. 

Each session will be carefully timed and will deliver a clear point of view through expert panels, actionable takeaways, and networking.
