Bryce Allen

Co-founder & CEO at Differentiated Therapeutics

Bryce Allen has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Bryce is currently the Co-founder and CEO of Differentiated Therapeutics, where they utilize advancements in biophysics, chemoproteomics, molecular simulation, AI, and automation to design novel degrader therapeutics. Prior to this, Bryce worked as an Adjunct Faculty at Northeastern University from 2020 to 2023. Bryce also served as the Founding Head of Integrated Data Sciences at Silicon Therapeutics from 2017 to 2021. Earlier in their career, Bryce was a Biomedical Data Scientist at the LINCS Data Coordination and Integration Center, where they contributed to the development of data storage and analysis infrastructure and led a team developing web tools for visualizing and analyzing LINCS datasets. Before that, they were the Founder of Causal Enterprises from 2011 to 2013.

Bryce Allen holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Biochemistry from Virginia Tech. Later, they pursued a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Molecular and Cellular Pharmacology at the University of Miami Miller School of Medicine. Currently, Bryce is a Postdoctoral Fellow at Harvard Medical School, specializing in Biomedical Informatics.
