Ilana Gregory

Ilana Gregory is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in transformation and change strategy, currently serving at Differly Inc. since December 2020 and as CEO of IG TaC Consulting since September 2019. Prior to these roles, Ilana spent over 17 years at Adobe, where key positions included Director of Learning Services and Enablement, and Director of WW Field Enablement, focusing on global enablement strategies and cross-functional collaboration. Earlier in the career, project management roles at itemus and Intrasoft Technologies contributed to a robust skill set. Ilana holds an MBA from Ivey Business School at Western University and an Honors Business Administration degree from Western University.
