Adam Eskin began their career in 2003 as an Investment Banking Analyst at Merrill Lynch. In 2004, they moved to Wexford Capital as a Private Equity Associate. In 2007, they became the Founder & CEO of DIG, a company focused on rebuilding the food system through growing, cooking and serving real, good food.
Adam Eskin attended Brown University from 1999 to 2003, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics.
