Luis Escoto has been working in the food industry since 2011. Luis began their career as a Chef De Cuisine at A Tavola Trattoria in 2011. In 2017, they took on the role of Executive Chef at Gran electrica. From 2018 to 2021, they held the roles of Chef Operator and CDC at Dig Inn, before becoming Operations Manager at Dig in 2021.
Luis Escoto attended The Art Institute of New York City from 2004 to 2006, where they earned a degree in Restaurant Management and Culinary Arts. In October 2019, they obtained a certification in Improving Employee Performance from LinkedIn.
