Akankssha Gupta (she/her) has worked in the corporate world for over a decade. Akankssha began their career in 2011 as a Summer Intern at Religare Finvest Limited, where they studied the distribution structure for the company's product portfolio and provided recommendations for generation of leads. In 2012, they joined Google as an Associate AdWords Strategist, where they were responsible for developing scalable business solutions for AdWords clients, managing client budgets, and weekly reporting of sales targets. In 2014, they moved to Xeeva, Inc. as the Director of Business Strategy and Manager of Value Analytics and Metrics. In this role, they developed and drove GTM strategies for enterprise SaaS, trained and managed inside sales and marketing teams, and identified and assessed sales opportunities. In 2020, they joined Digbi Health as the Director of Sales Operations. Most recently, they are the Director of Demand Gen at LSQ, where they are responsible for expanding the top of funnel through Inbound and Outbound initiatives, developing and managing the Inside Sales team, and managing campaigns across automation platforms.

Akankssha Gupta completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing from H.R. College of Commerce and Economics between 2004 and 2009. Akankssha then went on to pursue a Post Graduate Diploma in Management in Marketing from Somaiya Institute of Management Studies and Research between 2010 and 2012.
