Roshni Ray Ricchetti has a wealth of work experience in the fields of science and research. From 2002-2001, they were an UROP Intern at MIT, and an Exchange Intern (Germany) at 3M. From 2004-2006, they worked at Lawrence Berkeley National Labs as a Research Associate in the Keasling Lab, and from 2006-2008, they worked at UCSF Medical Center as a Lab Manager and Staff Research Associate II. From 2008-2011, they worked at Pinpoint Genomics as a Consultant and Founding Shareholder. From 2011-2013, they worked at UCSF as an Academic Operations Manager and Lab Manager and Staff Research Associate III-Supervisor. From 2017-2018, they worked at Mosaic Montessori Academy as a Science Instructor. Finally, from 2018-present, they have been working at Digbi Health as a Science Editor. In this role, they are responsible for science writing, research, and health coaching and care support.

Roshni Ray Ricchetti began their educational journey in 1995 at Brighton High School, graduating in 1999. Roshni Ray then attended the Massachusetts Institute of Technology to study Materials Science/Engineering from 1999 to 2003. After graduating, they attended the University of California, Berkeley to study Chemistry/Chemical Biology from 2003 to 2004. In 2010, they attended the Santa Fe Science Writing Workshop to study Science Writing.
