Darrell Kaye

Darrell Kaye joined the firm in 2002 after graduating with an LLB from Dundee University. She qualified as a personal injury solicitor in 2004 and was made partner in 2011. She is one of our experts in personal injury claims and specialises in a variety of areas including accident at work claims and road traffic accident claims.

Throughout her time at the firm Darrell has been based in a number of our offices and has experience representing individuals across Scotland.

Darrell is accredited as a Senior Litigator with the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers (APIL) and is also accredited as a specialist in Personal Injury Law by the Law Society of Scotland. She litigates personal injury claims in both the Sheriff Courts and the Court of Session.
