Nathan McHardy

Nathan joined Digby Brown in 2021 and is part of the GPIL Department in Glasgow. Nathan specializes in cases involving accidents at work, road traffic accidents, cases involving occupiers' liability, and accidents that have occurred in a public place. He has experience of representing clients at both the Court of Session, in the All Scotland Sheriff Personal Injury Court, and in local Sheriff Courts.

Nathan gained his LLB (Graduate Entrant) from the University of Strathclyde in 2017 after initially obtaining a MA in History from the University of Glasgow. He then went on to complete his Diploma in Professional Legal Practice at the University of Strathclyde in 2018. During his time at University, Nathan was a part of the Law Clinic, representing clients while also completing his studies. During his Diploma year, Nathan was the Deputy Student Director of the Clinic. In the same year, Nathan also represented Scotland in the International Negotiation Competition.
