Alana Jossel is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in executive coaching, leadership development, and organizational development. Currently serving as a Team Coach at CoachingWorks - Engaging Potential (Pty) Ltd since 2005, Alana specializes in enhancing individual potential and team dynamics through systemic coaching approaches. Alana has contributed to various organizations including STANLIB, Teljoy, Absa Group, Nedbank, and Digital Planet, focusing on culture change initiatives, team performance improvement, and leadership capabilities alignment. Alana holds a Master's degree in Organisational Development and Change from Middlesex University, along with relevant degrees from the University of the Witwatersrand and the University of Cape Town, including a Professional Coaching certification.
