Lerato Ratsoenyane

Lerato Ratsoenyane is an experienced professional in stakeholder engagement and social practices, currently serving as the Manager of Stakeholder Engagement at Digby Wells Environmental since March 2021. Prior to this role, Lerato held the position of Senior Stakeholder Engagement and Social Specialist at Digby Wells & Associates South Africa (Pty) Ltd for a brief period from December 2020 to March 2021. From May 2014 to November 2020, Lerato worked as a Social and Labour Plan Practitioner at Ledjadja Coal (Pty) Ltd (Resgen SA). Lerato's career began at Digby Wells Environmental, where from April 2007 to April 2014, significant contributions were made as an Assistant Social Scientist, Public Participation Practitioner, and Stakeholder Engagement Unit Manager, encompassing project management, report writing, stakeholder facilitation, client liaison, and mentorship of junior staff.
