Ja-Mes Watson

Ja-Mes "Jay" Watson, III is a seasoned professional in civil engineering and project management, currently serving as a Project Engineer at Castle Contracting, LLC since November 2020. In addition, Watson has been the Owner of STL SMARTphones since February 2014, demonstrating entrepreneurial expertise in the electronics sector. Previous experience includes roles such as Engineering Project Manager for the Saint Louis Development Corporation, where major civil infrastructure projects were managed from July 2017 to November 2020, and Project Manager for the St. Louis Development Corporation from August 2017 to October 2020, focusing on the Project Connect initiative. Earlier, Watson filled various engineering positions, including Staff Engineer at TSi Geotechnical, a Business Development role at Gateway Land Services, and an internship with Tarlton Corporation.
