Josh Decker

Josh Decker is a seasoned professional in the construction and design industry, currently serving as the Vice President of Design & Construction at DiGeronimo Companies since January 2025. Prior to this role, Josh Decker held various positions at Independence Construction LLC from August 2013 to December 2024, including Project Executive, Senior Project Manager, and Project Manager. Earlier in the career, experience at Corna Kokosing as a Project Engineer from January 2007 to August 2013 laid a solid foundation in project management. Josh Decker earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from The Ohio State University, where studies were completed between 2002 and 2006.
