Tari Stahl

Tari Stahl has been working in the real estate industry since 1994. Tari began their career as an Operations Management Staff at Arthur Andersen LLP -- Real Estate Services/Valuation Group. In 1997, they moved to Forest City Realty Trust as a Senior Financial Analyst. In 2004, they became a Manager - Commercial Acquisition/Disposition, and in 2008, they were promoted to Manager - Strategy and Investment Management. In 2011, they were promoted again to Manager - Asset Management, and in 2019, they were promoted to Director Of Development Operations at DiGeronimo Companies. Throughout their career, they have collaborated with property management, leasing, development, finance, and financial accounting teams to develop and apply strategies and tactics for maximizing value of nationwide portfolios. Tari has also developed and tracked annual operating budgets and forecasts, achieved NOI growth for mall portfolios, and developed best practices to efficiently market and operate development consulting companies.

Tari Stahl has obtained a Master of Business Administration from Cleveland State University in the field of Real Estate, a Bachelor's degree from California State University, Long Beach in Finance/Economics, a Certificate from Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University in The Designing Solutions for Innovation and Strategy, and attended The Urban Land Institute Workshop in Real Estate Development.
