Leslie Zeckser is a skilled Physician Assistant with extensive experience in both inpatient and outpatient services within the field of gastroenterology. Currently serving at Digestive Health Specialists since February 2017, Leslie previously worked at Arizona Center for Digestive Health from June 2014 to February 2017. Proficient in advanced gastrointestinal procedures such as Endoscopic Ultrasound (EUS) and Endoscopic Retrograde Cholangiopancreatography (ERCP), Leslie's clinical background includes earlier roles as a Clerk Technician and Certified Nursing Assistant at University of Nebraska Medical Center and Independence Living, respectively. Leslie holds a Master’s Degree in Physician Assistant Studies from Union Adventist University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Biology from Nebraska Wesleyan University.

About Our Practice. In 1972, Dr. F. Dennis Waldron founded the first gastroenterology practice in Tacoma, Washington. Over the years, Dr. Waldron continued to grow his practice through the recruitment of additional gastroenterologists. The practice has evolved in its nearly 40 years of service. Partnerships with other gastroenterology groups, continuous physician recruitment efforts, and construction and expansion of practice sites has made Digestive Health Specialists the pinnacle of digestive health care in the Puget Sound. Our goal is to provide patients with the best comprehensive care for all their digestive health needs.
