Andrea Pietsch

Andrea Pietsch has over 20 years of HR leadership experience in international, multi-site organizations. Currently serving as HR Director and Certified Agile Coach at Digethic GmbH, Andrea is undertaking certification in Digital Transformation Project Management. Previous roles include HR Director for the Central European Region at PRADA Germany GmbH, where Andrea led agile transformation initiatives across more than 30 stores. Before that, Andrea was Senior Manager HR at Qimonda AG, overseeing HR for four business units, and worked as a Consultant at Kienbaum Executive Consultants, managing recruitment and consulting projects across various European regions and India.
