Johan Olsson

Johan Olsson is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer service, product management, and digital solutions. Currently serving as Tjänstespecialist Digital Post at Digg since May 2024, Johan focuses on promoting the use of digital post within the public sector in Sweden. Previously, Johan held various leadership roles at Halebop from May 2020 to November 2023, including Head of Customer Services and Product Owner for Halebop.se and its applications, where responsibilities included enhancing customer experience and driving sales. Prior to that, Johan worked at Telia as Senior Change Manager and Manager of 2nd Line Tech Support, and held a Technical Product Manager position at Halebop. Johan began the career in customer support and product management at Telia, with an early career as a Second Lieutenant in the Swedish Armed Forces. Technical education was completed at the Armed Forces Technical School.
