Emanuel Popa

Emanuel Popa currently holds the position of Chief Technology Officer at DIGI Belgium, starting in January 2023. Prior to this role, Emanuel spent nearly two decades at RCS & RDS, where Emanuel held various positions including IP Engineering Director and IP Backbone Manager. Before joining RCS & RDS, Emanuel worked at Romania Data Systems as a Network Engineer, Data Center Architect, and Technical Support Engineer. Emanuel graduated from Academia de Studii Economice din București with a Bachelor's degree in Economic Informatics in 2003, following their completion of high school at Colegiul National Mircea cel Batran with a focus on Mathematics and Computer Science in 1998.
