Tim Napier

Tim Napier currently serves as Principal at Digi Ventures, a position held since July 2024. Previously, Tim was COO and Partner at The Destination Channel from January 2020 to June 2024, and Director of Operations & Business Development, Producer, and Head of Sales & Recruitment at 3 Corner Studios, LLC between August 2017 and January 2020. Earlier experience includes roles as Recruitment Lead & Business Outreach and Recruiter at The Los Angeles Film School from August 2014 to August 2017, as well as Sales & Business Coordinator at Paragon Lighting, Inc. in 2013. Tim Napier holds a Master of Fine Arts (MFA) in Media Design from Full Sail University, a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Finance from California State University, Northridge, and an Associate of Arts (AA) in Mathematics & Natural Sciences from Los Angeles City College.
