Anne Sierla

Anne Sierla has over 15 years of experience in human resources and business control, currently serving as an HR Partner for Wellbeing & Internal Coaching at Digia Plc since March 2008. With a strong background as an HR Business Partner, Anne has contributed to designing and implementing initiatives that enhance workplace wellbeing, analyze employee survey results, and communicate insights across organizational levels. Additionally, Anne has held key roles in business control, where responsibilities included internal reporting and data analysis to support leadership decisions. Anne's educational background includes degrees in Positive Psychology Coaching and a Master of Science in Economics and Business Administration. Currently, Anne is also a Solutions-Focused Coach at Kuullas since August 2023, continuing to apply expertise in coaching and well-being within organizations.
