Mikko Santalahti

Mikko Santalahti is a Senior Business Intelligence Consultant at Digia Plc since November 2023, with extensive experience in data analytics and business intelligence. Previously, Mikko served in similar roles at Futuriot from October 2016 to November 2023, focusing on Power BI dashboard creation and customer data analysis to identify inefficiencies. Mikko's background includes a tenure at Microsoft from April 2014 to September 2016, where responsibilities encompassed big data analysis and defining key performance indicators for software testing. Prior experience at Nokia from May 2000 to April 2014 included various positions in software metrics and quality improvement, where significant global projects and practices were successfully implemented. Mikko holds a Master of Arts in Statistics from the University of Tampere, completed between 1996 and 2000.
