Outi Taivainen

Outi Taivainen is currently a Board Member at Digia. Prior to this, they were with OP Financial Group as EVP HR from November 2015 to December 2018. From August 2011 to November 2015, they were with KONE as Area HR for Central and North Europe. Outi has also been with Rethink Oy and HR House Oy, where they served as Managing Director/CEO from May 2009 to August 2011. Outi's career with Nokia began in October 2002 and ended in April 2009 when they left their position as Vice President of HR.

Outi Taivainen graduated from Hanken School of Economics with a degree in economics.
