About Digibee

Digibee is an iPaaS that scales integration workflows while reducing cost and technical debt. Rather than require specialized integration experts, Digibee lets every developer quickly build, test, deploy, govern, and monitor integrations across on-premise and cloud environments using a simple but powerful low-code interface. Founded in São Paulo, Brazil, in 2017 and headquartered in Weston, Florida, our team is widely distributed throughout the Americas. In May of 2023, Digibee closed a Series B funding round of $60 million that is intended to drive our expansion in the United States.

About the role

Expect a high learning environment to grow with your peers and in daily collaboration with technical teams to design disruption at a fast paced and ever evolving market. We are looking for a seasoned professional who knows how to move from a detailed focused approach to a broader connection to our Product strategy and builds more than high quality prototypes but design decisions that move the whole team forward. 

On a typical day, you will…

  • Collaborate with leadership, product management, research to understand our target user, context, and the competitive landscape;
  • Build together with the leadership innovative visions for the product experience and act on landing such visions;
  • Lead the end-to-end design process: from effective problem understanding and framing, through ideation, storyboarding and prototyping, ending with user validated high-fidelity designs;
  • Validate your solutions with real users and customers, using both qualitative and quantitative methods;
  • Collaborate with engineers to reach high-quality, delightful and bug-free products;
  • Help to grow our design team, improve processes, participate in broader design topics and activities;
  • Challenge the team processes and methods;
  • Coach other members of the team in your specialty.

 

What you’ll need to bring

  • Strong interaction design skills, great visual design and sense of aesthetic, combined with a passion for complex problem solving
  • Strong product-thinking and decision-making skills, and an ability to connect business goals and user needs, supported by a user-centric and data-driven approach
  • Exceptional systems thinking with an ability to scale detailed design solutions across different applications and platforms
  • Experience connecting user insights to design decisions and communicating them to different audiences
  • Experience in creating sophisticated, multi-input interactions, experiences and end-to-end flows, prototypes, with high-fidelity visuals and micro interactions
  • Experience in validating design solutions through a variety of user research methods

It's a plus if you have...

  • Experience on building UIs for software engineers;
  • Previous experience working on a technical environment;
  • Worked on a B2B environment before.
  • Advanced English
