Agata Janczyk

Agata Janczyk has extensive work experience in various roles related to people operations and human resources. Agata is currently working at Digica as a People Operations Manager since September 2020. From 2018 to 2020, they worked at Enigma Pattern as an HR Manager. Prior to that, they worked at Mobica from 2008 to 2018 as an HR Manager, where they collaborated with line managers and Business Unit Managers to implement global HR strategies, recommended HR solutions, and interpreted employment laws. Before their HR roles, Agata worked as a Software Developer at Ericpol Telecom from 2006 to 2007 and at Siemens from 2004 to 2005. Agata also gained internship experience at SAP in 2003.

Agata Janczyk obtained a Master's degree in Computer Science and Econometrics from the University of Lodz between 1999 and 2004. In 2017, they pursued a course in Photography at San Jose City College, and in 2018, they enrolled in a Photoshop course at the same college.
